Solutions / Logistics Management

Provides logistics review, planning, and management for client needs. This can be performed as part of new capital projects or as review of existing operations.

• Route planning – Review client equipment and identify optimal routing and transport methods

• Load sequencing – Creating load plans for inbound and outbound freight

• Supply Chain Solutions – Review existing supply chain and offer opportunities for continuous improvement to include but not limited to: Packing, Contract terms, and shipping strategies
